Stroke Class

Join our Stroke class to become proficient in the four essential swim stroke techniques: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Our instructors will guide you through each stroke helping you improve your form, speed, and efficiency in the water.  This class is designed to refine your skills and to elevate your swimming abilities. Dive in and discover the joy of swimming with confidence! The class is designed for beginner to advanced skill levels swimmers.

The classes are offered:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday @5:00-5:30

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6:00pm.

Stroke lessons are once or twice weekly depending on your goals for your child. Swimmers will be grouped based on their skill level. 

Equipment needed for the class: it can be found at swimoutlet.com.
For the winter months a 2/3 mm short sleeve wet suit. It needs to be fitted snug. $30
