This team is exclusively for homeschool families. The FORCE swim team is for ages 5-17. Swimmers must have swim experience, able to swim across a 25 yard pool. Practice are required, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 2:00-3:30. Swimmers will be in the water for an hour and have dryland exercises offered for 15-30 mins. 4-6 competitive swim meets will be offered throughout the year.
